Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Domestic shipping (United States)

Standard shipping via USPS or UPS — 3-5 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Expedited shipping (2-day) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

International shipping

We ship internationally via USPS or DHL. Transit times vary by destination — typically 7-21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email info@pigoski.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date, for lost packages) and we'll make it right.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordered items ship within the window stated on the product page. We'll notify you by email when your pre-order ships.

Address changes and order modifications

If you need to change a shipping address or modify an order, email info@pigoski.com within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes after that window if the order has entered fulfillment.
