The story
This started in Italy. A small atelier outside Milan, run by a family who's been cutting neoprene for thirty years for the surf and dive market. I went out, watched them work, and realized something obvious in retrospect: every impact vest sold in waterski is built off-the-rack. Loose in the chest, tight at the armholes, riding up under your buoyancy belt. Nobody had tried tailored.
This is what we built with them. Cut and stitched to your specific measurements. Printed artwork done in Italy on cream neoprene. Ships from Milan direct to your door. The first tailored impact vest in waterski.

Acid Wash — washed neoprene, vintage Florida grit.
Honeybells — hand-printed citrus artwork on cream neoprene. Florida-grown.
Fit
Tailored to your measurements. No "true to size" because there's no size. You send us your chest, waist, height, weight — we send back a vest that fits.
How it works — measurements
1. Choose your design + male / female fit. Pay $500.
2. Within 24 hours we email you a measurement form (chest, waist, height, weight, any custom name/initials).
3. You reply with measurements. We send everything to Italy.
4. Italian atelier builds the vest to your spec.
5. Ships from Italy. $75 international express shipping (added at checkout).
6. Delivers in 4–6 weeks.

Care
Rinse with fresh water after every set. Air dry, flat. Don't wring the neoprene. Don't put it in the dryer. Treat the artwork gently — it's printed, not painted.
Shipping & returns
Ships from Italy via international express. $75 flat to all destinations. Delivery in 4–6 weeks after measurements are confirmed.
No returns. Every vest is built to your measurements and design choice. Made-to-order means non-returnable. Email info@pigoski.com within 24 hours of ordering if you need to cancel before production starts.
