These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.pigoski.com (the "Site") operated by PIGOSKI ("we", "us"), 131 Southern Pecan Circle, Unit 101, Winter Garden, FL 34787, United States. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

PIGOSKI sells waterski gloves, impact vests, apparel, and accessories. Apparel and accessories are made to order in small batches. Impact Vests are tailored to the measurements you provide; build time is approximately 4 weeks. Product images are as accurate as screens allow; garment-dyed and washed fabrics vary piece to piece — that variation is intentional.

2. Orders & payment

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (including for pricing errors or suspected fraud); if we cancel, you get a full refund. Your order is accepted when we email a confirmation. Because apparel and vests enter production quickly, made-to-order items can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

See our Shipping Policy. Free US shipping on orders of $75 or more.

4. Returns & refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: gloves carry a 30-day money-back guarantee from the order date if they break under normal use; apparel, swim, accessories, and vests are final sale.

5. Impact Vest — safety notice

PIGOSKI Impact Vests are impact vests. They are not Coast Guard Approved PFDs and are not flotation devices. They do not replace a life jacket. You are responsible for complying with the watercraft safety laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Assumption of risk

Waterskiing is an inherently risky sport. Our gear is built for it, but no equipment eliminates risk. You use our products at your own risk and are responsible for using them as intended.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, product designs — is the property of PIGOSKI and protected by applicable IP law. No use without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those stated in these Terms or required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIGOSKI's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
