Warranty
Every PIGOSKI glove is covered for 30 days from the day it arrives. If the glove fails because we built it wrong, we replace it. Not a repair queue, not store credit — a new pair.
What's covered
30 days against manufacturing defects:
- Stitching failure
- Palm separation
- Seam blowout
If one of these shows up inside your first 30 days, the pair gets replaced.
It doesn't matter who's wearing it
Ski schools, clubs, coaching programs, show teams — covered the same as any skier. Most brands write commercial use out of their warranty. We don't. A glove that survives a coaching schedule is the whole point of building it right.
What's not covered
Normal wear isn't a defect. Palms wear down. That's the job. A glove that has pulled a full season of sets looks like it — that's use, not failure. Not sure which yours is? Send the photo and we'll tell you straight.
How to make a claim
Email info@pigoski.com with a photo of the defect and your order number. That's the whole process. Returns ship free either way.
