Gloves

Which glove is right for me?
Slalom daily driver → Ultra Grip. Trick → GMS (the tour's featherlight pick). Jump or maximum durability → Apex, our Kevlar + Alcantara flagship. Full comparison in Kevlar vs Amara.

How do the sizes run?
Apex and Ultra Grip run true to size. GMS runs slightly small — size up if you're between sizes. Liners: order one size below your glove size. Measure with our sizing guide.

What is the Glove Guarantee?
If your gloves break or fail under normal skiing use within 30 days of your order date, you get a full refund or a fresh pair — your choice. Email info@pigoski.com with your order number and a photo.

Why is there no top strap?
Because the only thing a top strap does is fail. Our Mold-Lock cuff locks the palm into the handle without the failure point — the only strap is at the wrist, padded over neoprene.

Apparel & swim

When will my order ship?
Every garment is made to order in a small batch — allow 5–7 business days of production, then shipping. Nothing sits in a warehouse.

Can I return apparel?
Apparel, swim, and accessories are final sale (they're made specifically for your order). Wrong or defective item? We fix it free — see our Refund Policy.

Why does my garment look slightly different from the photo?
Garment-dyed and washed fabrics vary piece to piece. No two sunfades are alike — that's the point.

Impact Vest

How does the tailored vest work?
After checkout we email you a short measurement form — chest, waist, torso length. Your vest is cut to those numbers in Italy. About 4 weeks from order to water.

Is it a life jacket?
No. Impact vest. Not a Coast Guard Approved PFD. Not a flotation device.

How much is shipping?
Free US shipping on orders of $75 or more; $9.99 standard under that. We ship worldwide from Winter Garden, Florida — international rates at checkout.
